UPDATE: 2025 T4A Issue - CRA Versions Only

We have identified an error in some tax slips that were submitted to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website. Pension recipients with retiree group healthcare premiums may see them entered in Box 136 instead of Box 135.

Amended tax slips have been submitted to the CRA to rectify this issue.

All tax slips being mailed to members are correct.

Correct tax slips are also available on the HEB Manitoba member portal. If you haven't registered yet, learn how.
